- Because colours don’t reproduce accurately online, can I get a pre-production sample prior to confirming the production run?
Yes, pre-production samples are supplied as part of the service.
- How closely will the pre-production sample match the final product?
Any variation between the sample and the finished product will be minimal. The manufacturing process varies slightly, but the materials used for producing samples are identical to those used in the production run.
- Can I add more than 5% of 2 chip colours to the Accolade base?
The Infinity production system is limited to 2 chips at 5%. However, we have the flexibility to produce a more customised product and recommend that you contact an Armstrong representative to discuss your ideas.
- How long will production of my design take?
Armstrong has two production facilities in Melbourne, which allows short lead times and production flexibility. Your customised Infinity floor will take 8 weeks form approval of sample.
- What is the minimum run for a customised Infinity floor?
300 sq m. by negotiation. Please contact your Armstrong representative for more information.
- Can you produce additional quantities of my customised design if required?
Due to the production process and the online application, any design you have specified and saved can be recreated at any time.
- Can I get Infinity in an Safe Plus finish?
Yes, but the minimum quantity is 900 square metres. We recommend that you contact an Armstrong representative to discuss your requirements.
